FasTrac CE208 Anchoring Epoxy

Ideal for uplift and tension anchors, FasTrac CE208 is a high performance anchoring epoxy with very high tensile and compressive strengths. Ideally designed gel times and viscosity allow FasTrac CE208 to be poured or pumped in place, without concern for voids or premature setting of product.

FasTrac CE208 Pile Epoxy is a 100% solids, two component bonding adhesive for concrete, steel and timber substrates. FasTrac CE208 Pile Epoxy meets the requirements of ASTM C 881 and AASHTO M 235 Types I, II, IV and V, Grade 2, Classes B and C. FasTrac CE320 Pile Epoxy is a pourable consistency adhesive that may be used in dry to damp conditions.

The junction where the top of a concrete pile (or pile group) is connected to a structural steel column, machinery foundation, or other superstructure element. This involves embedding a steel sleeve or anchor bolts into the pile head, followed by injection of CE208 Epoxy Gel to fill the annular space, ensuring load transfer and stability.  The EP1500 system streamlines this process with its self-contained design, high capacity, ease of use, and simplified maintenance. 

The FasTrac EP1500 monitors and maintains mix ratio automatically, monitors and displays pressure and flow rate and displays and records the total quantity of individual and combined components. The EP1500 is also capable of up to 15 gallons per minute output; more than any other pump system currently on the market! The FasTrac EP1500 pumps are also reversible so it can be used to refill totes or tanks. That means no messy disconnecting of hoses to replace totes, no slow, manual refilling, and no additional pumps necessary!
