Quality Control

Not all products are the same and each customer has their own way of doing business, and that’s why we develop a customized Quality Control program for each product, and each customer.

You tell us what acceptable tolerances there are for flow, set time, slump, flexural strength, or whatever qualities are critical to your product, and we’ll implement a quality control program designed to maintain the mission-critical qualities of your product.

Our 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility has a testing and product development laboratory, along with an automated toll blending, bagging, packaging and inventory system. By housing product development and testing in the same facility as blending, packaging and inventory, we are uniquely positioned to maintain the tightest quality controls throughout the entire process.
