Custom Packaging

Custom packaging is part of our turn-key services for private label and toll blending. We do this frequently, so we know how to make the product development and introduction process smooth and efficient. Our state-of-the-art blending and packaging line use automated robotics to ensure consistency and quality standards are maintained at the highest levels. Let us take on the logistics involved with raw material acquisition, blending, packaging, warehousing and shipping so you can focus more on sales and growth.

Toll Blending

Bring us your spec, and we’ll blend it to your exact standards. In many cases, we’re able to help you refine and improve existing products too. We typically begin the process by doing a test batch for testing and refinement before scaling up to support large scale operations.

Mobile Mixer

Rent mobile concrete mixers from FasTrac in the Kansas City area and throughout the Midwest. Rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Each mixer comes with an operator.

These volumetric mixers are ideal when working with fast setting concrete because you can mix right at the pour site. With concrete that sets up within 20 minutes, time is of the essence, and a ready mix truck or barrel mixer may not be a good option.

Quality Control

Our testing laboratory is right inside our blending facility, so quality control is integrated into our manufacturing processes. We don’t have to send samples out for testing, so our operations are streamlined and quality control standards are easier to maintain.

We’re on a constant quest to improve products and invent new solutions. The world doesn’t stand still; and just because a product is good today, doesn’t mean it can’t be better tomorrow. Our team of lab technicians and chemists are constantly churning out innovative solutions for the construction industry.

Storage

New FasTrac Silos are a great alternative to cement pigs at portable concrete plants. They can be filled without stopping production for greater productivity, and they have a much smaller footprint. These 225 ton silos are for sale across the country. We also have 30 and 60 ton silos for rent to support your smaller projects.

Transportation

FasTrac is centrally located near rail lines, just outside of Kansas City, for efficient shipping to any point in the country. We work with our sister divisions, Sutton Services, Inc. and Sutton Trucking to offer a full array of shipping options. Our logistics experts will find the best shipping solution that meets your delivery deadlines in the most economical means. Because of their expertise in the field, they’ll help you streamline production, reduce freight adjustments and control overall costs.
