FasTrac Construction Products partnered with Lehman Construction LLC. to rehab the MO Hwy 76 bridge in Cape Fair, MO. This is an older 2 lane narrow bridge overlooking Table Rock Lake.

About the Project

• Lehman Construction used the FasTrac 750 Concrete Mixer to mix the FasTrac HP Grout for the grouting of the precast panels. 
• Next, FasTrac 246 is mixed and poured to fill the voids between the panels. 
• Finally, a thin layer of FasTrac 303 Latex-Modified Concrete is applied.  All work is being done at night in order to minimize closure times. 

By utilizing our fast-setting concrete and cement products, Lehman Construction was able to meet the 6AM opening time each day.

FasTrac HP Grout

FasTrac HP Grout  is a hydraulic-cement based, precision, non-shrink, load-bearing grout having an extended working time up to 30 minutes under fluid condition.  HP Grout is designed to transfer load effectively and safely, ensuring long service time of the grouted item.  It is a non-corrosive, non-metallic, mineral-based precision grout, developed to have a high intial and ultimate flexural and compressive strength. It can be mixed quickly, as needed, on the jobsite. HP Grout offers exceptional workability and is easily placed by pouring or pumping. The product is designed to give non-shrink performance under various conditions for both interior and exterior applications.

FasTrac 246 Concrete is a is a one-component, shrinkage compensated, proprietary blend of cements, aggregates, and performance enhancing chemical additives. This rapid setting concrete is mixed with water on site, used for large- scale horizontal concrete repairs, and form and pour vertical applications that require high early-strength gain.

FasTrac 303 Cement

FasTrac 303 Cement is a one-component, rapid setting, low shrinkage, extendable cement that is used when high early strength gain, low permeability, and latex modification is required. FasTrac 303 Cement is mixed with aggregate, latex, and water on site for large scale horizontal concrete repairs and form and pour vertical applications.
